2022 California Assessment Conference
Dear LEA CAASPP or LEA ELPAC Coordinator:
The California Department of Education (CDE) has partnered with the Sacramento County Office of Education (SCOE) to hold the fourth annual California Assessment Conference this fall. Taking place October 18 through October 20 at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside, California, this will be an in-person conference designed specifically for classroom educators and site administrators. Teams are encouraged to attend!
The learning goal of his year's conference is stated in its theme, "Partners in Progress: Harnessing the Power of Student Assessment." Attendees will have the opportunity to customize their learning by selecting from over 80 sessions presented by educators from across California. Attendees will hear from outstanding keynote presenters, participate in Q&A sessions with the CDE, and receive valuable updates on California's assessments.
Details about this professional learning opportunity and registration information are available on the California Assessment Conference website . The registration fee is $350 per person for the in-person conference. Early bird registration is $335 through June 30th. For those who cannot attend in person, a condensed virtual conference will also be offered. The registration fee for the condensed conference is $59 per person.
