CAASPP: 2022–23 Changes to the CAASPP Student Score Data File

Dear LEA CAASPP Coordinator:

As the end of the 2022–23 test administration nears, LEA CAASPP coordinators are preparing to receive student test results. A timeline of when test results are expected to be released is available on the CAASPP Score Reporting web page.

Based upon feedback received from LEAs, a change has been made to the CAASPP Student Score Data File so that it is now updated daily. The "By Enrolled LEA" Student Score Data File will now include assessment records for all currently enrolled students, including newly enrolled students who completed testing at a different LEA. Information about the changes and impacts to available data can be found on the 2022–23 Changes to CAASPP Student Score Data File web page.
